Testing Design Before Development Starts
Review screens, workflows and requirements early to identify usability, flow and quality risks before development begins.
Discuss this service ↗I bring 10+ years of hands-on experience testing web and Android applications — from understanding requirements and designing coverage to finding defects, validating fixes and supporting UAT and live releases.

A visual snapshot of the way a manual QA cycle moves from requirements and test scenarios to execution, defect reporting and final verification.
From a feature, sprint or release to ongoing QA support, I help software teams understand risk, test the right things and get clear information before changes reach customers.

Discuss this service ↗I don't just execute test cases. I work with requirements, business flows, developers and stakeholders to make testing useful to the team and easy to act on.
I review screens, workflows and design concepts before development begins to identify usability, flow and requirement gaps early.
Useful when: you want to catch avoidable issues before they become development or rework problems.I analyse requirements and business rules, identify important user journeys and create practical scenarios before execution starts.
Useful when: a feature needs clear coverage before it moves toward release.I validate connected workflows across modules — especially payment, billing, invoice, refund, payout and recurring transaction journeys.
Useful when: individual features work, but the full business flow still needs validation.I combine structured manual testing with exploratory testing, negative scenarios and edge cases to challenge how the product behaves in real use.
Useful when: you want more than happy-path validation.I use focused regression, smoke, sanity and retesting around changes so new work does not silently break features that customers already depend on.
Useful when: releases contain frequent fixes or new features.I document clear reproduction steps, expected and actual behaviour, impact and evidence, then discuss defects with development teams through resolution.
Useful when: developers need fast, reproducible information instead of vague bug reports.I validate changes in UAT and production environments, retest fixes and help stakeholders understand what has been tested and what remains.
Useful when: a release needs practical QA support close to go-live.I perform database testing to verify that data entered through the UI is correctly inserted, updated and stored in the database.
Useful when: you need confidence that what users enter is accurately reflected in the underlying data. You get hands-on manual testing focused on real business risk, clear evidence and communication that helps your team act quickly.
Hands-on experience across web, Android, ERP, payment, billing, CRM and business applications.
I test complete workflows and real user journeys, not just individual screens or happy paths.
Test cases, execution results, screenshots and bug-recording videos are provided wherever required.
I can review designs, workflows and requirements before development to identify gaps early.
Support can be project-based, release-focused or ongoing depending on your team's needs.
Clear updates, practical defect discussions and product demonstrations keep stakeholders aligned.
End-to-end manual QA experience across payment platforms, CRM systems, Android apps, POS terminals, ERP applications and databases.
End-to-end testing of merchant-facing web applications covering invoice creation, refunds, recurring payments, standing instructions, discounts and promotions, transaction integrations, settlements, payouts, and scheduled jobs (schedulers) and their associated functionalities.
End-to-end testing of internal CRM web applications, including core business workflows, functional operations, and integrations with connected systems to ensure data accuracy and seamless process execution.
End-to-end testing of Android applications, covering functional workflows, UI validation, usability, integration, compatibility, and regression testing to ensure application quality and reliability.
Testing POS terminal functionalities and payment transaction workflows involving card networks such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (Amex), with a focus on transaction processing and payment flow validation.
End-to-end testing of ERP applications, validating core business functionalities, interconnected modules, data flows, and integrated workflows to ensure operational accuracy and system reliability.
Validating database operations to ensure data is correctly inserted, updated, and stored when records are created or modified through the application UI. Verifying data accuracy and consistency between the user interface and the database.
Testing is more useful when the results are easy for product and development teams to understand, discuss and act on.
Practical coverage for positive, negative, boundary and business-flow conditions.
Clear pass/fail status and testing progress for the agreed scope.
Reproducible steps, expected vs actual results, impact and supporting evidence.
Screenshots, videos and relevant test data wherever evidence helps explain an issue.
Verification of fixes plus focused regression around changed functionality.
A practical view of what was tested, open risks and the current release status.
No unnecessary process overhead. Just focused QA from understanding the requirement through verified fixes.
Understand business requirements, user needs, workflows and risk areas before testing begins.
Define scope, priorities, scenarios, coverage and a practical testing approach for the release.

Check usability, visual consistency, responsive behaviour and compatibility across supported browsers.
Document reproducible defects with clear steps, expected and actual results, impact and supporting evidence.
Verify fixes and run focused regression to ensure changes have not affected existing functionality.
Review test results, outstanding risks and release readiness before the product or feature reaches customers.
I am a Software Testing Engineer with 10 years of experience across web and Android application testing and ERP Applications. I also hold an MBA in Banking from Sikkim Manipal University through distance education and a Diploma in Software Testing, with formal training as a certified manual tester.
Earlier professional experience outside software testing has also given me broader exposure to business operations, professional communication and real-world business expectations.
My work covers the full manual QA lifecycle — requirement analysis, test scenario and test case design, functional and regression testing, integration testing, defect management, UAT, production validation and release support.
I also work closely with developers and clients, conduct product demonstrations, support new team members and manage testing across multiple projects while keeping delivery timelines in view.
I also work on automated scheduler projects, validating that scheduled jobs execute as expected and that the resulting business processes and downstream data are correct. For transparency, I share testing-related data — including test cases and relevant documents — through Gmail, Google Drive and Google Sheets as and when required, keeping stakeholders updated with a consistent view of testing progress and evidence.
For QA evidence, I prefer a transparent and practical approach: I do not depend on project-management tools for the core test evidence. I share genuine testing data and test cases in Microsoft Excel, supported by screenshots and bug-recording videos wherever required. I have also worked with project-management and defect-tracking tools such as Nifty and ClickUp.
Tell me about your product, release, current QA challenge and timeline. I can help you understand the testing scope and the practical support you need.
